Automatic Bill Pay is an option that allows you to pay your trash bill automatically from your bank account or credit card.
How do I sicn up for Automatic Bill Pay? Click on the link below to print the Automatic Bill Pay FORM. Complete the FORM and mail to: American Recycling & Sanitation, PO Box 9, Rock Port, MO 64482
Once we receive your signed authorization FORM, your first automatic payment will occur on the 10th of the month following your next regularly scheduled billing cycle. If you have a balance due prior to mailing in your authorization, please remit payment as usual.
Will I receive a bill each billing period? NO.
How much will be deducted from my bank account or credit card account? All charges due and payable on your regular billing cycle will be paid from your bank or credit card account on the 10th of the month A 4% convenience fee will be added to credit card payment transactions. Minimum fee of $1.00 per transaction.
How do I cancel my Automatic Bill Pay? Notify us in writing requesting cancellation of your Automatic Bill Pay. Allow at least 10 business days for the cancellation to be processed.
Pay Pal: Pay your bill online quickly, conveniently and safely with Pay Pal. A $2.50 convenience fee will be automatically charged with this service. The convenience fee will show as shipping & handling.
Pay by phone with your credit card: Call 1-800-638-8492 or 660-736-4949 There is a 4% processing fee when you pay by credit card.
By Mail: Mail your check or money order to: American Recycling & Sanitation, PO Box 9, Rock Port, MO 64482.
In Person: Nebraska City Transfer Station, 2524 North 22nd Street, Nebraska City, Nebraska. Just stop by the scale house - Monday thru Friday, 7:30AM to 3:30PM or Saturday 8AM to 11:30AM
Payment is due upon receipt of statement. A service charge will be added to all past due accounts. If we have to stop service, all amounts due and a service reactivation fee must be paid in full before service will be reactivated. Service will resume on the first regularly scheduled service day following receipt of payment of the total amount due. Additional container reset fees will apply if equipment has be to be removed.
